- Live operator answers with your company's name, M-F from 8am to 5pm

- Friendly receptionist will either transfer your calls to you, your voicemail, or take a written message

- 24 hour access to your voicemail

Mailing Services

An effective way to increase your company's business is by sending mailings to your select clientele.  Our staff can complete your mailing process by printing, signing, folding, stuffing, sealing, tabbing, and post marking your letters.

 

Word Processing/Computer Assistance

We can handle the typing of your correspondence or your next PowerPoint presentation.  We have completed desktop publishing jobs including: spreadsheets, graphics, special effects, and diagrams.  We can assist you with computer problems such as the loading of software to the setup of a new computer.  Our staff offers data base set-up and management as well as internet research for business contacts and articles.

Our corporate identity program enables you to portray the corporate image that you are striving to maintain while you work from home.  The following are included in our program:
